RentHQ Version 4.7.7 – More Customer-Driven Improvements

The latest update to RentHQ (version 4.7.7) delivers a range of enhancements based on customer feedback.

On the Tenant Details screen, within the Information tab, you can now click on a transaction to view and edit it directly—making transaction management quicker and more intuitive.

A similar improvement has been made to the Disbursement Details screen. In the Transactions tab, transactions are now clickable, allowing you to easily open and edit them as needed.

We’ve also introduced the ability to bulk delete inspections via the Functions / Setup / Delete Data menu. This allows you to remove inspections associated with closed tenants that are older than a specified number of months (for example, 36 months). Any related inspection photos will be deleted as part of this process.

In addition, there have been several refinements to the Watercare invoice import process, including support for importing Veolia invoices.
