The contractors login is similar to the logins provided for landlords and tenants. It enables contractors to log in and view work orders assigned to them.  They can see the property address including a map, the tenants contact details, as well as a description of the job required.  They can also see notes and attachments such as photos. Property managers can also log in using their normal login and password.  The property manager can also view work order quotes and payments - something the contractors themselves cant see. Not long ago the tenant login was updated.  Now the landlord login has been given a similar update. Like the tenant login, the new landlord version will enable a user to log in without the need for Silverlight.  This means they will be able to log in from a mobile phone or tablet or Windows computer or a Mac etc.  This includes both Android and iOS devices.  The new site is also designed with mobile devices in mind, so it will work well on a small screen. The landlord login name, company name and password are still the same.  They can also choose to log into the previous Silverlight version if they prefer it.
