A new quick search text box has been added to the top of the owner, property and tenant list screens.  As you type into this text box, the list will automatically filter to only contain items which contain the text you have typed.  The text can appear in any one of the visible columns. 

Automatic transactions are a way to quickly create future transactions which occur more than once.

Now you can create future automatic transactions which occur only once.  This is useful for example if you have a bill which you want to charge the tenant or the owner, but it is not due until next month.  You can pre-load the automatic extra charge, set the date in the future as a once off transaction, and have it applied on the due date via the overview screen.  Once the one-off automatic transaction is applied, it is automatically deleted as it is no longer needed.
