New Feature - Disbursement details for standard transactions

Posted on October 12, 2013

On the transaction details screen, which you edit it, it will show a message at the bottom if that transaction has already been disbursed.

The new feature that has been added is a small button to the right of that message.  If you click that button, RentHQ will find out the name of the person it was disbursed to and when.

Report Name Change

Posted on October 8, 2013

As a result of adding a new report called the Australian Tenancy Tribunal report, one of the existing reports called the NZ T41 Rent Summary report has been renamed the New Zealand Tenancy Tribunal report.  For those that are used to the old report, the content is the same, it is just called something different.  Hopefully the name change wont cause too much confusion.

New Feature - Australian Tenancy Tribunal Report

Posted on October 8, 2013

A new report has been created under Tenant Reports called the Australian Tenancy Tribunal.

This report has been designed to match the specification created by the Australian Tenancy Tribunal.  This is the same as the old report available in RentMaster.

For those that have not seen it before, it is quite a complex report.  (Dont ask me to explain it).  It shows the rent periods and their amounts due, as well as the rent payments.  That part is similar to the New Zealand report.  The difference is the addition of an in-hand amount.
