A new report has been created called the Extra Charges Due report.

This report shows a list of any tenants who have outstanding extra charges due.  There is also the option to print a detailed list, which also prints the associated transactions linked to those extra charge due and paid.

This report is found on the reports screen under Tenant Reports, and is right at the bottom of the list (you will need to scroll down to find it).

In RentHQ people have often asked for copy and paste functionality.

If you know the keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+C to copy and CTRL+V to paste on a PC) then you have always been able to do copy and paste, and this is still available.  However some people are not familiar with these keyboard shortcuts and prefer to right-click instead.  So now we have added right-click copy and paste functionality to text boxes in RentHQ.

When you first choose the copy and paste menu options, Microsoft Silverlight will ask for your permission to gain access to your computers clipboard.  Once permission is granted, the copy and paste menu options will work.
