Login Company Name		The login company name is the name you and your landlords and your tenants will use when logging in.

Invoices are calculated on the 1st of each month and are based on the number of properties you have at that time.
If an invoice is not paid by the 20th of the month it is invoiced, the account will be automatically suspended and you will not be able to log in. Once the invoice is paid, the suspension will be automatically lifted.
If any invoice remains unpaid for 2 calendar months, the account will be closed and any data you have entered will be lost.
All invoice payments will be made online using a credit card via paypal.com or via internet banking for New Zealand customers.
We can not guarantee that the web site will be available at all times. We will however strive for a 99.9% up time.
Every effort has been made to ensure the security of your data however we can not provide any guarantees. You should take your own security measures like changing passwords regularly and keeping passwords secret.
We do not backup or restore your data or uploaded files. You are required to keep your own database and file backups. Database backup and restore facilities are provided in the software for you to use.
