- We dont need any credit card information up front. Only your company name and email address.
- Your private account will be set up immediately so you can get started without delay.
- The first 2 calendar months (currently February 2012 and March 2012) allows you to enter your data and try the software without any cost to you.
- On the first of the third calendar month (currently 1 April 2012) you will be emailed your first invoice.
- You can cancel any time up until the invoice due date (currently 20 April 2012) & pay nothing.
- Invoices are calculated on the 1st of each month (excluding the first 2 months) and is based on the number of properties you have at that time.
- You can close your account at any time. There is no minimum term required.
- All invoice payments will be made online using a credit card via paypal.com.
