RentHQ was born out of another software product called RentMaster. RentMaster is a desktop based property management software system first written back in 1997.
One of the main philosophies behind the design of the software is to make it easy to use. If you need to lookup the manual then it was not well thought out and designed. The software should be obvious. At the same time we want to add as many useful features as possible, while not over complicating the design.
